Your main duties include:

  • Analyzing our clients’ business processes and functional needs.
  • Writing requirement specifications and functional specifications.
  • Facilitating scoping workshops with clients.
  • Ensuring adherence to standards to minimize custom development.
  • Assisting the business owner in defining project objectives.
  • Participating in the selection of appropriate solutions.
  • Participating in the definition of the testing plan.
  • Facilitating a team of users.
  • Participating in the analysis of impacts on the organization.
  • Supporting change management.
  • Defining user training actions.
